Realtor.ca is NOT MLS

NO - it is NOT MLS. Realtor.ca is the "marketing" arm of our stratus system which is the Multiple Listing Service and it sometimes takes a few days for information to get to Realtor.ca. The nme of the site was actually changed from MLS.ca to Realtor.ca to prevent this sort of misunderstanding. As the market gets hotter and the frustration level goes up...please speak to your realtor and he/she will arrange for you to get "alerts" AS SOON AS the new Mississauga homes for sale hit the market. You can also register yourself at sites such as this....www.findhomesinmississauga.com Set yourself up to get alerts directly from MLS at the same time as all realtors get notified. This will save you much disappointment when you see the Mississauga home of your dreams listed for sale. The good ones always sell quickly so be one step ahead of the others.
